the never ending sound of leaf blowers that drone on for hours and hours and even more hours grates on my very last nerve...does no one use a rake anymore...or even do a rake leaf combo...heaven forbid anyone would actually bend to pick up a leaf...BUT when it's 5 leaf guys arriving in 3 trucks...in MY yard...3 with super sized back pack aka ghostbuster packs strapped to their backs...and 2 guys with wind machines on wheels...in MY yard for a little over one hour...it is a miracle...miracle...MIRACLE...every single leaf is gone...gutters are all clean...lawn is mowed...flower beds are clean...poof...
love when i can open windows in november...we have appreciated every single balmy second of this good weather...
annie has made friends with wilson and carries him everywhere she goes...(did we ever for a single moment ever allow any of you offspring play soccer indoors?)...she will also spit out rocks if we simply say "thank you"...and she is working on her mad jumping skills aka do NOT jump on me skills...
our view outside this evening...keeping our fingers crossed that no one was injured...
looking forward to tomorrow when everyone arrives...actually made some lists today...and even thinking about going out alone on black friday...it's a cross between exciting and horror...i figure i am not after any hot ticket items...simply good price points...and i could be back home and in bed before anyone else is awake...
